We would like to introduce an order from a real estate company for various custom-built fixtures, including store furniture, doors, and storage shelves.
In the living room, the area around the television tends to collect many items, such as recorders, game consoles, wiring, and small accessories. For this reason, we designed the piece to fit the room perfectly while making detailed dimensional adjustments that are difficult with ready-made furniture.

1. Furniture Production for a Real Estate Store with a Unified Overall Space
This project involved producing a full set of furniture and fixtures for a real estate store.
By producing not only the reception counter, but also the customer service space, storage, and partitions as a total package, we created a sense of unity throughout the entire space.

In store design, the overall quality of the space changes greatly by unifying the design as a whole, rather than placing different pieces of furniture in each area.
2. Design Ideas That Create an Overseas-Inspired Atmosphere
What makes this space especially impressive is the combination of brick-style walls and black color. By using matte black as the base, the space creates a calm and refined atmosphere.
In addition, by incorporating black-framed partitions, the space is gently divided while reducing any sense of pressure. By combining them with acrylic and similar materials, sightlines can pass through, making the entire store feel more spacious.
It also pairs well with lighting, and spotlights and indirect lighting create an atmosphere reminiscent of an overseas shop with rich shadows and depth.
3. Details of the Reception and Customer Service Space
In a real estate store, the impression created by the reception and customer service space directly affects the image of the store. For this reason, we focused not only on the visual design, but also on actual ease of use.
The reception counter was designed with a straight-lined form to make the entire space look clean and organized. Cable openings were also added to the customer service desks, making it difficult for wiring to become cluttered even when using computers or monitors.
By unifying the design in black, we created a refined impression with a reduced sense of everyday clutter.
4. Design Considering Storage Capacity and Ease of Use
In a store, storage planning for areas that are not immediately visible is also very important.
For the walk-in storage produced in this project, adjustable shelves were used. Because the shelf height can be changed according to the items being stored, documents, supplies, and small items can be organized efficiently.

5. Fixture Design Unified Even in the Restroom Space
In this project, we also created a unified design for the restroom space.
By combining gray-toned tiles with black wall cabinets and sink fixtures, the design connects naturally with the atmosphere of the entire store.
In particular, compact spaces can easily end up with only ready-made products placed inside, but by unifying the design down to the details, the overall quality of the space changes greatly.
The color tones of the faucet and lighting were also coordinated, resulting in a calm and refined space.
6. Benefits of Custom-Made Store Furniture and Doors
When choosing ready-made furniture and doors for a store, it is often necessary to compromise on size, color, or specifications. Among these, the most difficult part is unifying the design and creating a cohesive spatial image.
