This project showcases a custom-made wardrobe and storage chest designed for a dressing room, combining practical storage with elegant display spaces.

For this project, we created a large, wall-to-wall wardrobe featuring hanging space for clothes and display shelves for showcasing favorite items. We also crafted a storage chest for the center of the room, designed to keep accessories and other personal belongings neatly organized.
The furniture features a coordinated white finish, complemented by classical decorative details and glass shelving, creating a bright, elegant dressing room.

1. A Dressing Room Inspired by a Fashion Boutique

For this project, we created a large wardrobe extending across an entire wall, along with a storage chest positioned in the center of the room.
As you can see in the photographs, this is more than an ordinary closet. Its defining feature is a boutique-inspired design that beautifully displays clothing and accessories.

The wall-mounted storage arrangement combines hanging space for clothes with glass shelves, while the central chest provides convenient drawer storage.
Rather than simply storing clothes, this dressing room offers a special space where the owner can enjoy admiring favorite pieces and planning outfits.

By coordinating the design of the wall-to-wall wardrobe and central storage chest, we created a cohesive interior despite the room containing several large pieces of furniture.
One of the greatest advantages of this custom-made design is that the storage furniture itself becomes an integral part of the room’s interior design.

2. A Large Wardrobe That Makes the Most of Wall Space

The custom wardrobe spans an impressive 5,800 mm in width and 2,200 mm in height.

Designed to make full use of the available wall space, it combines several types of storage to accommodate different belongings.
On the left side of the wardrobe, a hanging rail provides generous space for clothing. The tall compartment is particularly suitable for longer garments, such as coats and dresses.

The central section features multiple shelves designed for storing and displaying smaller items, including bags and fashion accessories.
Because different belongings require different amounts of height and depth, one of the major benefits of custom-made furniture is the ability to design each storage area around its intended purpose.

For the center of the dressing room, we created a large custom storage chest designed to organize jewelry, accessories, and other small personal items.
The chest features a glass top, multiple drawers, and enclosed storage compartments with doors.
Accessories come in many different shapes and sizes, making them particularly challenging to organize.

When necklaces, rings, watches, and other items are stored together, it can be difficult to find what you need. Necklaces may also become tangled when you try to take them out.
To address these issues, we designed the chest with separate drawers, allowing different types of accessories to be stored in an organized and accessible way.

Combining Drawers and Cabinet Storage

This custom chest incorporates both drawers and enclosed compartments with doors.
Drawer storage is particularly convenient for organizing smaller belongings, such as jewelry and fashion accessories.

Meanwhile, cabinet storage with doors is ideal for larger items or belongings that the owner prefers to keep out of sight.
The glass top also contributes to the chest’s light, refined appearance when viewed from above.

For the metal handles, we selected an understated antique-inspired design. Paired with the white cabinetry, these details enhance the furniture’s classical character.
The result is a storage chest that makes everyday accessories easier to organize while maintaining the appearance of an elegant piece of furniture.

5. Elegant White Design and the Benefits of Custom-Made Furniture

All the furniture in this project features a solid white painted finish.
Unlike natural wood furniture that showcases the grain, this finish completely covers the wood surface in white, creating a clean, sophisticated appearance.

We also incorporated raised decorative details into the doors and drawer fronts, adding depth and character to the otherwise simple white design.
These classical details complement the chandelier and the overall atmosphere of the room, creating an elegant and relaxing dressing space.
