This project showcases the refinishing and maintenance of a large solid beech wood table that had been well used for many years.

Refinishing dining and work tables is one of the repair services we receive most often.

After years of daily use, tables naturally develop worn finishes, scratches, stains, and other signs of age.

Our first step is to carefully remove the old finish along with years of accumulated dirt and wear. We then adjust the color to match the original character of the wood before applying a fresh protective finish.

Throughout the restoration process, our priority is to preserve the table’s original design and character.

Every step is carried out with care and attention to detail to ensure that the finished piece retains the warmth and personality it has developed over the years.

The result is shown below.

The scratches and stains have disappeared, and the table once again has a beautiful, rich finish.
