In this article, we would like to introduce a project commissioned by a client in Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

1. Introduction

This time, we would like to introduce a TV board made generously with solid oak. Designed and crafted with careful attention to every detail so that it harmonizes with the atmosphere of the room, this piece truly reflects the appeal of custom-made furniture.

 

2. Storage Structure and Functionality

The front features three sliding doors, with colored glass used for the center door. This allows remote controls to operate AV equipment even while it is stored inside. The design combines practicality with a smart, refined appearance.

 

3. Design Details

The left and right sliding doors were designed with a clean appearance in mind, using a custom specification with aluminum handles embedded into the doors. The shape of the legs was also designed to blend naturally with the surrounding furniture, resulting in a well-balanced overall finish.

 

4. After Installation

The installed TV board shows a beautiful balance between furniture-like elegance and practical usability. The calm texture of the wood adds warmth and dignity to the space.

5. Materials and Finish

For this TV board, we used solid oak, known for its substantial feel and beautiful grain. It is also highly durable, making it an excellent material for long-lasting furniture. After staining, the surface was finished with a protective coating, giving it a calm and refined appearance.
