This project showcases a custom solid walnut front door created as part of an entrance renovation for a home in Isogo Ward, Yokohama.

Crafted from premium solid walnut, this custom front door highlights the natural beauty of the wood while creating a warm and welcoming entrance.

A low-sheen polyurethane finish was selected to enhance the walnut’s rich grain and provide an elegant, timeless appearance with a refined sense of depth.

Note: Only the door leaf was custom-made; the existing door frame was retained.
