1. Total Production Designed for the Entire Space
For this project, we produced not only the styling stations, but also the partitions, lab space, and other fixtures throughout the salon as a complete set.
They were created based on the design we received, resulting in a unified look throughout the entire space.
The production details for this project are summarized below.

2. Partitions That Balance Privacy and Openness
Partitions were installed between the styling stations.
They gently block lines of sight while avoiding a fully enclosed feeling, helping to reduce any sense of pressure.
By carefully balancing the semi-transparent material and height, the design protects each customer’s privacy while preserving the spaciousness of the overall salon.
In a hair salon, the balance between a sense of comfort and openness is important, and this design successfully achieves both.

3. Styling Stations Enhanced by Light
All of the styling stations are equipped with tape lighting.
By softly illuminating the area around the mirrors, the face appears brighter, which is effective both for ease of treatment and for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the space.
Particular attention was paid to how the light enters the space and how the light lines appear, resulting in a design that feels simple yet memorable.

4. Lab Space Design That Improves Work Efficiency
The lab space in the back area was also designed with workflow and ease of use in mind.
By giving it a simple and clean finish, we created an environment where staff can concentrate on their work.
In addition, by arranging the necessary equipment and storage in appropriate locations, unnecessary movement is reduced, which helps improve daily work efficiency.
Although this area is not usually visible to customers, it is an important element that supports the overall ease of working in the salon.

5. Design Details with Maintenance in Mind
One of the key features of this project is its design with maintenance in mind.
Tape lighting needs to be replaced after long-term use, so we designed the structure to make maintenance easy. When design alone is prioritized, this type of maintenance can become difficult, but in this project, we carefully considered that point as well.
The main points considered during the design process are as follows.

Balancing design and practicality |
This design is based not on the idea of “making it and finishing the job,” but on the assumption that it will be used for many years.

When creating a hair salon interior, not only visual beauty but also daily usability and ease of maintenance are extremely important.
・A unified design
・Efficient workflow
・A structure designed for long-term use
These elements can be achieved in a well-balanced way.
