We would like to introduce a kitchen order from a client in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, created from the client’s wish to make the kitchen “not only a place for cooking, but also a place where the family naturally gathers.”
To match the calm atmosphere of the traditional Japanese house, solid oak was used as the material. The spacious countertop and relaxing counter space are key features of this kitchen.

This kitchen was designed to blend naturally into a space that makes use of the beams and columns of a traditional Japanese house.
・Simple design that makes use of solid wood

Although it is a kitchen, the space also serves a role similar to a living room.
