We accept custom orders for wooden furniture and architectural woodwork.
In STEP 3, we confirm and finalize the specifications by reviewing drawings and images together.
Three Ways to Get an Estimate

If you have reference images or drawings:

Estimate = Labor Cost + Material Cost + Delivery Fee
About Delivery Fees
• Delivery with one staff member: from ¥15,000
• Delivery with two staff members: from ¥28,000
Delivery fees vary by location. Additional costs such as highway tolls and parking fees will be charged separately at actual cost.
(No delivery fee will be charged if you bring items to the workshop or pick them up in person.)

STEP 1 | Inquiry & Consultation
Please feel free to contact us via Instagram DM, LINE OJIKI account, phone, or the inquiry form.
・If you already have specific ideas, sketches, or drawings, we can provide a rough estimate.
(It is perfectly fine if your ideas are not yet finalized.)
・If your project has a fixed schedule or desired delivery date due to construction or renovation plans, please let us know at the beginning.

STEP 2 | Initial Consultation
Meeting & Hearing
We will discuss your ideas and requirements for the furniture or architectural woodwork you have in mind.
・If your concept is not yet clearly defined, our craftsmen will make proposals based on the consultation.
For customers outside Kanagawa, Tokyo, Chiba, and Saitama:
Consultations will be conducted via Instagram DM, LINE OJIKI account, email, or fax.

STEP 3 | Estimate & Order Confirmation
Review of Estimate
We will explain the design sketches/drawings and the estimate in detail.
・Please confirm in advance that the finished piece can be delivered into the installation space
(entrance, doorways, hallways, elevators, window openings, etc.).
Order Confirmation
Once you are satisfied with the design and estimate, the order will be confirmed.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

STEP 4 | Production & Delivery
Start of Production
After the order is confirmed, production of your custom piece will begin.
Production period: approximately 1–2 months after order confirmation
(may vary depending on timing and quantity).
Delivery
Once completed, the item will be delivered to the specified location.
Delivery methods may vary depending on the destination.

After-Sales Service
If you have any concerns after delivery, please feel free to contact us.
We provide complimentary after-maintenance for one year from the delivery date.
Please note that damage caused intentionally or by misuse will be subject to a fee.
